For almost 15 years ultrasonic processors with sonotrodes were an important component of the wire cleaning process at GEO-Reinigungstechnik GmbH. Integrated into compact cleaning systems, the components – developed by GEO together with the Hielscher company – delighted our customers with the excellent cleaning results provided.
But three years ago GEO replaced the sonotrodes with special ultrasonic reactors for the cleaning of wires, strips and tubes. In particular, higher reliability and longer durability coupled with excellent cleaning results and minimal maintenance for our customers were convincing reasons for making this change. The greater flexibility and simple integration of the ultrasonic reactors into existing processes were further grounds for adopting them.
The positive outcomes experienced so far and corresponding high customer satisfaction have proved our decision was the right one.
