The peripheral design and construction is based on the long-term experiences in cleaning infinite profiles.
The compact design incorporates pre-purification, intensive cleaning by ultrasonic unit(s), blowing-off, rinsing and drying. The dissolved soil is immediately rinsed with the cleaning liquid, which then is prepared for recirculation. In this way the high cleaning performance comes with a low consumption rate.
By default, the compact design includes cleaning and rinsing circuits with heated and insulated liquid tanks, bag filter systems and a touch screen-based user interface and fault display. The design allows easy access to all internal and external components.
Depending on the application, conventional ultrasonic cleaning baths or cylindrical sonotrodes are used to intensely clean multiple wires guided
in parallel through the bath. Cylindrical ultrasonic chambers and flat sonotrodes are especially suitable for cleaning bands and profiles.
