A wide range of compact devices with tank volumes from 0.5 to 90 liters meet the needs of almost every type of classic ultrasonic application. They offer all the well-known and proven technical features for practical applications. This includes microprocessor-controlled ultrasonic vibrators, robust stainless steel tanks and functional operation. The Sweep function guarantees homogeneous distribution of the ultrasonic field, and the Degas and Auto-Degas functions are used in special applications in the lab for fast degassing of the cleaning agent. The optional integrated multifrequency technology permits the cleaning process to be adapted to the cleaning requirements – low frequencies for tough, stubborn grime, and higher frequencies to gently clean smaller structures.

Robust technology for the toughest applications. These devices, made of chemically resistant stainless steel, are available in many standard and custom sizes. The tanks are welded inside and outside for the highest possible stability.
All tanks are available as heated and unheated models, as pure rinsing tanks, or as cascaded tanks. Depending on the requirements, the tanks can be manufactured with overflow pockets and skimming equipment to maintain the bath as well as integrated oil and particle separation.
The devices offer all the well-known and proven technical features for practical applications. When selecting the appropriate bath, we base our decision on the actual requirements of our customer. Whether the unit generates ultrasonic waves from the bottom, 2 sides, or 3 sides or the unit comes with a stationary or mobile frame with and without shelves, circumferential spill edges, vapor exhausts, custom baskets, or closable bath covers; there are hardly any limits to the variety of equipment available.

The concept of modular cleaning lines is based on the idea of combining standard components to assemble unique combinations of individual cleaning and rinsing stages and final drying that are designed to meet the corresponding requirements. When accessories such as variable transport systems, water treatment units, or robotic technology are added, modular cleaning lines guarantee a high degree of automation and high throughput. A comprehensive range of accessories such as oscillation units, bath maintenance systems, water treatment units, and wash baskets round out the product pallet as well as the possibilities.
For the customer, this means lower investment costs through the use of standardized product lines as well as plant and process flow design flexibility for the particular application. Due to the ability to create custom combinations, changes or expansion is possible at any time later on.
Together with the expandable automation system, an economic cleaning process with a high throughput is available for use.

Automatic plants in industrial production are designed for multiple-shift operation and are adapted precisely to the corresponding process. Standard modules form the basis for completely closed plants, including all accessories.
For optimum integration of the plants in the production flow, any plant pipe system, including all additional units, and loading/unloading units desired can be selected. Fully automatic systems use the transfer systems already available in many companies for small parts. Magazines and boxes can then be run through the washing, rinsing, and drying stations. Every plant and its processes are designed individually.
The cleaning process, which is monitored, ensures consistent production quality. The concept also helps you when modifying the system configuration to adjust to the constantly decreasing production life cycles.
