High-pressure cleaning systems can be used for simple cleaning tasks although they are designed for multiple applications. Their compact construction, the modular concept and the high reliability make them a cost effective cleaning system.

GEO uses compact high pressure nozzles specially designed for industrial cleaning of continuous profiles in its high pressure plants.

The nozzles eject a cleaning medium at high speed onto the surface of the wires against the direction motion of the material. The resulting pressure creates high mechanical forces on the surface and removes dirt and grime. Special additives dissolving the surface tension and adhesion improve the efficiency of this method.

The component passes different sections similar to the process in High Performance Ultrasonic Equipment. After being pre-soaked the wire, pipe or profile is lead through the high-pressure nozzle to be cleaned and then dried.

Depending on the use the cleaning performance can be diversified by the number of nozzles and the measure of pressure, which can be adjusted by a standard of three working pressure levels (12 bar, 16 bar, 20 bar).

The ready-to-use product usually comes with a heatable thermally insulated container. Situated behind the high-pressure pump is a filter bag suited to the operating pressure. The filter is used to protect the nozzle and to ensure the operational reliability. The concept of the system allows its self-sustaining operation. Optionally, this cleaning system can be delivered with an additional rinsing stage and further treatment technology for cleaning agents.
