Ultrasonic multi-wire cleaning system for cleaning 20 stainless steel single wires with a maximum speed of 35 m / min. The cleaning and the first rinsing are executed with ultrasonic units. The final drying is supported by hot air.
The system design allows one-sided, barrier-free access to the respective treatment zones. Thus, a simple wire feedthrough and process monitoring are guaranteed. Cleaning and maintenance are also supported by the design of the work chambers with rounded corners and integrated skimming in the tanks as well as by the pull-out designed tank system.
